I used these to replace old worn out cables. These are the perfect replacement and are very well made. No problems using them with our XBOX One controllers. I love these charging cords! They are braided and they are thick, not thin and floppy. The silver color is nice, the 6' length is a bonus, and its a 3-pack which is great for keeping one cord here, one cord there. Even though these are marketed as XBox One controller charging cables they will fit other micro USB devices.

My adult son is an avid gamer so when I opened the package and handed the cords to him, he just turned a headed for his room to try them out. When asked he said they were good cords and worked well for him. That means he Really liked them, he is a man of few words and super picky, so that's a big deal from him!

I love these charging cords! They are braided and they are thick, not thin and floppy. The silver color is nice, the 6' length is a bonus, and its a 3-pack which is great for keeping one cord here, one cord there, and one somewhere out yonder! Even tho these are marketed as XBox One controller charging cables they will fit other micro USB devices. Im using one to charge my worn out, ancient 2018 model cell phone and what I've found is that the connector ends are solid sturdy metal so that when I plug one into my charger port, it doesnt wobble around or fall out or make my phone tell me it isnt charging. Only time will tell but it looks like they'll handle more abuse than your average cable. Definitely recommend.

Always good to have some spare micro-USB cables laying about. The micro end looks and feels fairly sturdy and should survive a few instances of inadvertent snatching out of whatever device (in our case, our non-verbal kiddo's tablet. He doesn't quite understand the whole idea of having to gently unplug the thing if he wants to remove it from charging). We shall see if they can survive him. I have hopes as they do feel tougher than your average gas station-acquired cable.

When ordering cables, always double check what they are for! I thought this was for an Xbox controller, and it is, but not the Xbox I have! That mistake is not the manufacturer's fault, it's mine. While I can't testify to the fit and speed, I do think that the cables are well built and I like the feel of them. Sticker says Made in China.

As most of you know, these cables are really just generic cables that can be used wherever1. there is a connector type change from one end of the cable to the other. In this case USB A to micro USB2. the cable is asked only to deliver charging current (NO data transfer). This does occur in the gaming consoles described, but it also has become a common means to power small accessories and to charge tools and other devices. That's why I have acquired these--now I have a long cable dedicated to A to Micro charging at each of my workspaces: garage workbench; upstairs project room, and at my computer desk. Since Talk Works offers these cables in more than one color, I am also able to color code the the type of connector. In my case, gold for micro; blue for USB C to USB C; silver/gray for USB A to USB C; Black for USB A to USB A. All of these are of 6 to 10 foot length--two to five times what is provided with most devices, if they are provided at all. That may seem like a lot of cables, but it really isn't that many--especially when you can tell them apart. No longer do I have to engage in trial and error, or hunt for my glasses to determine which cable goes with which device. No longer do I have to pile chargers and tools on top of each other because my cables all end a couple of feet from the outlet. No longer do I have to steal the right cable from one part of the house to another. So TalkWorks may be advertising they provide cables that work with specific play stations, and that's true, but it is also true they work with a large variety of other devices. As for quality of construction, they are a step down from the best that the leading manufacturers offer (i.e., around $20 to 50 dollars for heavy duty all silicone cables), but many steps up from the short thin ones provided with some transformer less products. Obviously one can't assess long term durability in a day or couple of weeks, but from the looks of them, they will hold up at least as long at the typical braided charging cable. If Amazon allows, I will be posting essentially this same review to the many types of Talk Works cables I have amassed a collection of. That's not to be lazy, but rather in recognition that they make cables whose major difference is length and combination of termination. I find that a good thing. The reasons I am not giving them a full five stars, yet, is that I can't fully assess durability in the days I have had them, and that I don't have data on exactly their wattage through put. As I acquire that information, I will rerate the higher if warranted.

I own a few devices with Micro USB charging connectors, and two of those, battery charger, and a radio, needed replacement cables. And this set of TALK WORKS Charger Cords with Micro USB Charging Cables were just what I needed.I like that these cables are long, so I one can move the device around if necessary, or set the gadget across the room from where the wall charger is. These cables are well-made with good quality materials, and I like the braided cords because they are long lasting.

USB-C cables are the universal standard that’s used on today’s devices. It works with today’s iPhone, controllers, and android. But all my devices are still yesterday’s tech, which use Micro USB. I used these cables to connect my Beats Studio³ Headphones, console cooling system, Xbox One Controllers, and PS4 controllers. Thankfully, it came in a pack of 3. So, I won’t have to switch cables for different devices. One of things that bothers me the most about micro-USB cables is they seem to get loose when connected to some devices. Through wear and tear the casing can be easily damaged. These cables are encased in a flexible, braided nylon, allowing flexibility and won’t tangle easily. The connector is firm and stable, and doesn't move around, providing a snug fit. These cables are made to last.USB-C cables are the universal standard, but you’ll need micro-USB cables to keep handy. Get these cables, you won’t be disappointed.
