I didn't realize this timer only lets you set the time with a minimum of 5 seconds. I.E. 5, 10, 15 etc.I needed a timer to countdown to the end of videos that play at events so I can give a warning to the other crew. I was taken in by the large, easy to tap button, BUT...... It doesn't help me if the videos are any length in between those 5 sec increments. This forces me to round up or down to the nearest.I really wish the rotating button changed the time depending on how fast you rotate it... 5 secs for fast and 1 second at a time when rotated slowly.

The pictures give you the impression that the time is rotating, when it is not. This is extremely deceptive.

I bought this for my kids to time themselves at obstacle courses and soccer practices “Ninja Warrior” style. Turn the dial to set the time and push the top to start and stop. The dial sets progressively so a fast turn will increase the time at much larger increments. To use as a stopwatch just long press to set the dial to zero and then press to start the count up feature. The display remembers last time set even after it has gone to sleep. Once a timer is set it will revert back to that same timer once the alarm has been reset. I can’t see any additional functionally that would benefit from an off button or addition buttons as this timer is so intuitive and useful. I love it!

This was smaller than I expected, but it is super cool and my wife loves it. It has a clear, bright display, and it’s loud enough to be heard without being anxiety inducing.

This timer has a really nice appearance. You may select your favorite brightness level, and the curved numeric display really stand out. Additionally, it uses standard, household batteries, saving you from having to fiddle with charging. Given that it includes an eco display setting option and shuts off after five seconds if not in use, I have to assume that the batteries will last a long time. To set a different time, just rotate the top of the timer until it reaches the desired time. Pressing the top down initiates the timer once the correct time has been set. It's helpful to know that once the timer is set, it cannot be changed, so you won't forget what time it is. You can long press the top until the time changes to zero in order to reset it back to that value. To stop the alarm from ringing after it goes off, push the top once. The timer returns to the initial duration that you set when it stops.
