Bought for my gravel bike, running XT di2. Definitely and advanced install, but do-able (needed to find the manual on Shimano’s site, google “DM-M8050-08-ENG”). Had to change my chain length and mess with the b screw/limits to keep it from rubbing. It’s all aluminum, so should be durable. If I hate it I’ll lower my review. So far I’m not really sure if it’s worth it.
