Great product, I'd just be wary of mounting it outside my car. Good for static setups indoors though.

A very nice gizmo to have if you like putting your GoPro on the outside of your car. Or inside for that matter. Screws hold everything in place and I haven't had any come loose. Highly recommend.

Prior to getting this I had my GoPro mounted to the front of my motorcycle with the mounting equipment that came with the GoPro. It was focused a bit to the left, so I purchased this swivel mount so that it would be focused straight ahead. Prior to the swivel mount there was some vibration noticeable in the recordings, however the amount of vibration in the recordings after the swivel mount was in place was absolutely ridiculous. I would most certainly not recommend this product if you're going to be putting it in use where you already get a little bit of vibration, because it will significantly increase the amount of vibration you'll get to the point that the recording it fairly useless.

This swivel arm works perfectly. For my purposes it did not introduce any additional or exaggerated shaking in the video. The mounts are easy to move around when loosened and hold tight in the position you've set them in once cinched up. I plan to buy at least one more.

The other reviews are right about the vibration...it's terrible. I wanted to use it using my GoPro as my dashcam and be able to rotate it, which I can do, but you can see it vibrate over the slightest bumps. I tightened everything as tight as I can but it doesn't help...it would have been perfect.

This is a really useful tool that allows you to easily reposition your camera angle easily. The material is made of high quality plastic, and the knob tightens securely, so I don't get any camera creep. The rotating section is quite stiff, preventing the camera from moving about unintentionally. SP Gadgets has produced a high quality tool. I really like this swivel arm, and I would recommend it.

...and vibrates in every direction you don't.I put my camera on my bike. I bought this so I could angle the camera slightly and get a better view of passing traffic as the stock camera mounts pretty much only let you point the camera straight or stick on at a fixed angle with no adjustment.It's true it's highly adjustable and lets you point the camera anywhere you want it. However, it vibrates so much as to be nearly useless for getting a clear image; even relatively smooth roads set the camera jiggling mercilessly. This makes sense, in retrospect, as your putting a relatively heavy object on top of a relatively long, think stick.So, consider your usage. It does what they say it does in terms of adjustability but the vibration the mount introduced destabilized my images to the point I had to seek another solution to mount the camera on the bike.

This is a great 3rd party mount that works well with my GoPro Hero 3+ cameras.You can adjust and tilt it in any angle you want without having to connect multiple GoPro arms and screws.IMHO it works better than GoPro's 3-way pivot arm.Highly recommended.Watch my unpackaging video and demo of this product at [...]
