SWEESE 9.5 INCH TART PAN
HOW TO MAKE FRUIT TART
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Combine the confectioners' sugar, flour, and butter, and process until the mixture forms a ball. Press the dough into Sweese’s tart pan and pat until the crust is even. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until very lightly browned. Set aside to cool.
3. Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla together until smooth. Spread over the cooled crust.
4. Cut the strawberries, kiwi and arrange around the edge of the crust. Filling in any spaces with blueberries. Cluster the raspberries in the center of the tart.
5. Keep the tart in the refrigerator. Remove about 15 minutes before serving. Slice into 8 wedges and serve with a dollop of whipped cream.

Great solid dish for making tarts and quiches. Cooks evenly. I bought the one in yellow and it is a lovely happy color! I always use Pam Baking Spray with Flour with this dish, and crusts never stick, everything pops right out. Will probably buy the matching pie plate next. Highly recommended.

I bought this to use for making quiches and desserts. I love the deep scalloped sides. The quiche I made the night I received the dish had a wonderful wavy side that added a nice touch to the quiche. I plan on using this dish very often. Next time I'll be used to make a blueberry clafoutis!!

I'm doing a lot of home cooking lately and rediscovered my recipe for quiche. I could not rediscover my old quiche pan. I selected this pan as a replacement and am very happy with it. The yellow color is great - a splash of color in my kitchen, very sunny and bright. It easily comes from oven to the table. The pan is a good weight, cooked evenly, and cleaned up easily.

I received my quiche dish with no cracks and was able to make my vegan quiche right away. I was so happy with the quality and sturdiness of the dish, not to mention how cute it looks on my kitchen counter. The dish was exactly how the pictures looked. It is a beautiful dark blue color that I bought. It was snug in Styrofoam for lots of protection. No cracks or chips as for as I can see. Feels sturdy and I think it was a good choice for the money. I happy with it. I have not cooked with it yet. So I can't rate how easy it is to clean, but keep you updated once I do.

Great pan overall for pies, but it’s a bit too tall for tarts. I did try to make a vanilla cream custard tart in it, but a proper tart pan where the bottom falls out is ideal. This will however be great for actual pies and chicken pot pie specifically since this is mainly what I’ll use it for. Very sturdy and good quality. Easy to clean and the tart crust did not stick to it when I went to clean it out. Also the pink color is a nice light one which I prefer.

The dish appears to be sturdy and is well made. When we first saw it, there appeared to be a chip in the bottom of the dish, but they have three notches in the bottom so that the dish can be carried in a serving rack more securely.
