Great tasting way to start your day. I take this first thing in the morning and it curbs my cravings , no snacking and no over consumption of sweets. If I feel like it I add some lemon to it which makes it taste even better. Very refreshing and taste even better chilled. Noticeable difference since I started taking this , no weird or after taste , it mixes well and it dissolves thoroughly. Give it a try !

Mixed this in my dorm tap water at 2am. Actually stayed awake writing my thesis without the coffee shakes. Tastes like adult lemonade. Roommate use my three packets already.

Excellent product. I've heard very good things about it from several people close to me. I wanted to buy it to try it and draw my own conclusions, and I honestly don't regret it. I started using this product because I normally felt very down and had very little energy, almost always distracted by discomfort, which made me tend to forget many things. I can say that after using this product, I feel much more proactive and perform much better at work. I no longer feel that uncomfortable heaviness, and I'm much more attentive to things. No caffeine crash. I truly recommend it. Also the flavor is pretty good. Will buy it again.

It curves my appetite and gives me so much energy. It took a couple of weeks to feel the change it wasn’t right away
