I have this amplifier on a sundown audio Xv2 15 d1ohm 2000rms the subwoofer is having no trouble only issue is the capacitor I’m running drops below voltage capacity on harder hitting lows

I purchased this amp, November 5th 2024. The amplifier has stopped working, and it's now April of 2025 i' purchase a 3 year Ia protection plan. It has been over a month and I have not received my money back. No help.

It says it's a 3500 watt RMS amp amp but this is not a 3500 watt RMS amp. This does not pull out the pressure like it's supposed to 3500 Watts it's supposed to sound way better than this this sounds like a 1500 watt amp very poor. I didn't like it the bill quality was not all there the durability was very heavy so I guess it was strong enough the heat the amp never really got hot because it wasn't doing anything not worth the value of your money
