I had diagnosed the issue as a clogged PCV Valve, but after getting the found the valve was buried under the TMIC, so I had to take it in to a service repair place. I thought I had wasted my money until the service guy called and said he couldn't get the valve out of the plastic elbow and was going to have to order the whole new part. I was there five minutes later with this and it fit perfectly. Saved a long delay and probably an extra fee if they couldn't get my car off the rack without reinstalling the TMIC.
