My dog loves this food.I love that it can be used as a topper, which I do, or a full meal, which is quite expensive.But since it's freeze dried, it's actually light weight to standard kibble, so you do get more per $.

When it comes to dog food, we always go grain-free—and this fits the bill perfectly! It’s also free of lentils, corn, and wheat, which is a huge bonus for us. I love that it’s raw and natural, but freeze-dried, so we don’t have to worry about refrigeration. Freeze-dried food still retains all the nutrition and lasts a long time, so we can use it as needed.It’s made in the USA, which is always a priority for us. And it’s packed with omega 3 and 6 fatty acids, making it a great option for our dog’s overall health.Now for the taste test: my dog went absolutely nuts over this! The moment my husband started mixing water into her bowl, she was trying to eat it before he even finished. Even our cat came over and tried to sneak a bite—so you know it must be good.This seems like a perfect, healthy blend that any dog would love. My dogs LOVED this so much. I gave them as a treat rather than an every meal. The ingredients are fantastic! Each piece is larger than normal kibble. I break them in half for my smaller dog. The price is definitely higher but used as a treat the bag is worth it

My doodle might be the pickiest dog on earth. He hates cheese and loathes peanut butter. He's actually spit out bacon, and when I buy him treats and food, I always hold my breath, expecting him to put his nose up and walk away. When I opened this bag of Stewart Raw Naturals Freeze Dried Dog Food, he knew it was for him, and he gingerly took the piece I offered him. Three seconds later, he was gobbling them down like a nut. It's a miracle!I have had success with the freeze-dried foods before, and this one is very good. The best part is that he likes the taste and will eat it. He seems to eat better when I add a handful to his regular food, and the fact that this food is low in calories and high in nutrients is a bonus. I also love that the pieces are large because I can use them as treats when we're out and about. They're easy to take along and since they're freeze-dried, they'll stay fresh while were out hiking or kayaking.He is a large dog, so ultimately this stuff is too expensive to use as his main food, and I use it as a treat or as a meal topper. This 32-ounce bag should last a couple of weeks using it like I do, and that makes the price more palatable for me. At the end of the day, it's a good addition to his diet, and the fact that he thinks these little chunks are yummy is icing on the cake.

I was super excited to find this freeze dried dog food that is healthy for my dog.It was immediately my dog's favorite, eager to eat it before I even opened the bag.Definitely dog approved without hesitation, they gobbled it up and wanted more. I would love to make it my everyday food but as I have two large dogs that eat a lot I decided to use it as their treats. I hate all the cheaper bagged treats because they have ingredients that are not healthy and tend to give my dogs stomach upset, and bad breath. This food, however, doesn't do either of those things. It is made from natural raw ingredients that are healthy and beneficial for my dogs to eat. That gives me peace of mind and the willingness to treat them often without worries. I know what I am giving them with love will be healthy for them.Whether you decide to use this as their dog food, topper or treat, be rest assured you are giving them something natural that will be good for them.

You can eat this dry or wet with equal parts water both my dogs love it & wetting it makes it easier to chew you can easily remake it I pre make enough for a week as I work over nights so it's easy for my partner in the morning at feeding time

I got this and the kibbles are pretty good size. I don't know why I thought the bag was going to be smaller, but it was a pretty good size. I think they smell alright, and it took well when I rehydrated it. I used a milk made for dogs and it took it well, and my dog woofed it down. She thinks of it as a treat, so she's eager to the food.I think it's on par with the quality of the brand I typically buy, just a tiny bit more dry and the kibble is kind of like a swirled shape, reminds me of hearts to an extent.

This was a delicious product for my pups. But I just don't know if at full price, it would be a great value. I used this as a topper and a snack because I have three pups and the largest is a Golden Retriever and my medium one is Kira a Pitty mix. The two alone would be 9.5 cups daily but the bag is only 32 Ozs which is almost 5.5 cups. I got my first one on Amazon Vine and then purchased a 2nd one for snacks and toppers only.
