Just run each steel mold under cool water for a second to defrost it, and the popsicle inside slides right out. Tested with fruit juice and yogurt pops.

I love these forms however the small silicone stick holders wear out quickly and don’t do their job anymore after only a handful of uses. I liked that there were a few extras in the package but those only lasted a short time as well. I reached out to the company to see how I could purchase a larger quantity of those little rubber pieces and they were sooo not helpful. They simply said I could order the product again. This was a repeated response to multiple inquiries. Clearly I don’t need the entire thing since the steel lasts longer than the silicone. I do not recommend this product.

These things are quite sturdy, super easy to use and super easy to clean. Better than the flexible silicone ones - very stable.

My only complaint is the rubber thingys are hard to put back into the top other than that its perfect, if they perfect this with and upgrade i'll buy many more for my business I am trying to start other that that its perfect, run a lil hot water over the popsicle maker and it slides right out perfectly.

I prefer stainless steel popsicle molds and these are terrific. The molds have a nice weight and are sturdy (and so is the base). It's great to be able to take the molds out individually and the stainless steel makes it much quicker to release the ice pops than the plastic ones I used to use. They were also very fairly priced and for me well worth it. I make ice pops about every other week and o wn different stainless steel shapes. If I ever needed more I wouldn't hesitate to repurchase these.

These are great. I’d originally purchased a silicone popsicle mold, but the mold always had a chemical smell that never went away. No smell here with these stainless steel molds. And as a plus, they’re individual molds, so you can make as many/few as you want, and there are more available as needed. The included bags are great for storing popsicles.

I almost returned this because the stand isn't level, but I decided to just deal with it. Having the Popsicles all be perfectly level isn't the most important thing to me, and I didn't want to deal with the hassle. Plus I had plans to use it for company coming over, and a replacement wouldn't have arrived in time. Besides, my freezer is a bottom drawer with ridges in it that don't perfectly align with this frame anyway, so even if it was level, it wouldn't be perfectly level in there. But I can't really tell a difference.I wish it came with some recipes, but you can find some online, so whatever. And the whole point of making my own is that I want them to be healthy. So that means avoiding all the sugar content, and I doubt a recipe booklet would have included that kind of healthy variation anyway. But getting the right quantity of filling has been trial and error, and a recipe booklet would have presumably helped there. So far I've tried about half a dozen variations. Some were very icy, and some were very creamy. But they all came out reliably. I was actually surprised with how briefly I had to apply the hot water before they slid out (based on some reviews). And how easily they come clean. However, I wish they came with more of the silicone end caps instead of the ridiculous cleaning wand that was included. Do they realize that people who opt for a stainless steel popsicle mold set rather than the cheaper plastic ones are most likely don't do because they are into sustainability? Because including a cheap plastic-handled completely disposable cleaning wand is anathema to that concept. Speaking of which, reusable sticks of some sort would be a great upgrade (but they obviously couldn't be metal or the Popsicles would slide off as they warmed). But it is possible to reuse the wooden sticks several times. You can wash them and pop them back in. However, I wouldn't recommend that if you have a variety of people sharing these - for the same reason it's not generally advised to use a wooden cutting board for meat (unless that wood has natural microbial properties, like acacia wood does) because it's difficult to get the tiniest microbes out of the crevices wood generally has. But since I'm primarily making these for myself as an alternative to the less healthy stuff my family prefers, I'm not too worried about any residual germs the soap and hot water might miss.
