The collar does NOT spray citronella. It vibrates only. Not worth it.

Thought I would finally be able to get my dog to stop barking when he is outside. Ohhhh so little did I know. Collar doesn’t work for jack. It sprayed once, when I tested it myself. When it’s on a dog, nice and snug, it doesn’t work. Played with different settings, same ol’ worthless collar. Ooo! It also comes with a super cute mini screw driver. Want to know where it is used? Well, uhh, NO WHERE! Not a single visible screw. Just shows what “big brains” they got working at this company.

Got this charged, loaded, and fit. Everything seemed fine. The signal from my phone to my wireless doorbell and the headset at Starbucks set it off. No sound triggered. Makes no sense. This product is unusable and I question safety, although nothing harmful occurred. Just freaked my dog out as she wasn't doing anything to deserve the spray, vibration, and sound. It took me multiple occurrences to realize it was picking up stray signals. Returning as faulty.

This product is so inconsistent! Doesn’t pick up barking but when she lets out a little squeak it works. It confuses her and frustrates me. Returning.
