About The Card Stock & Size:
The cards are designed from thicker 350gsm card stock with a smooth matte oil finish for durability and ease of handling. Due to the thicker cards and foil edging, we recommend shuffling them a few times to 'break them in' for easier use.

The artwork featured on these Oracle Cards have been crafted by digital artists and designers, Relmi Damiano and Sacha Damiano, using a combination of AI along with various digital illustration and graphic design techniques. I've been collecting divination decks for a bit over 2 decades now, and this, along with the other Brain Spirit deck 'Goddess Oracle' are two of the most beautiful decks I've ever seen. Everything, from the packaging to the cards themselves are very high quality and welcoming.Even as just art cards, these are beyond gorgeous, vibrant colors, flowing, intuitive symbolism that makes using them a real joy. The cards are good quality card stock, with a lovely picture on one side, with the back being etched with iridescent silver. The sides of the cards and the book are also 'gilded' with this shiny opalescent silver. I wish my pics had transferred, because words truly can't express how nice this deck really is.In the center of the back of each card is a QR code, that when scanned leads you to the full description of the card. There is an informative little book that comes with it. This book contains brief details on each card, and a great deal of good information on how to use the card themselves if various spreads or intuitive pulls.You can feel how much care really went into the creation of each card, and every aspect of this set.I love it, and highly recommend it for personal use, but this would make one of the most memorable gifts you'll ever give. About the Brain has several other items as well as the decks, so you can enjoy the artwork and the good vibes in multiple ways if you choose.

I have a decent number of oracle decks and am always curious about new ways of tuning into my intuition, so when I saw this deck I was intrigued. It arrived quickly and I was excited to open the box. It is packaged very well, with an outer box, that holds an insert, which holds the box with the cards. The insert had some small tears at the bottom, see picture; I wonder what happened there? Anyway, once opened, the outer box becomes obsolete, because the actual box is strong enough and nice enough, so I put the bigger one in the recycling.Now, the deck: wow! The cards are made with good quality paper. The edging is kinda cool, with some holographic edging that shows colors ranging from silver to all the colors of the rainbow, depending on how the edging is catching the light. Nice. There are many cards, and each has a full colored image of an animal, and on the back a QR code leads the user to information about that specific animal (including a YouTube).Which is the only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. For me there was too much information which is overwhelm. My desire is to connect with "my" spirit animal and its energy, through my intuition and receive "some" information about the spirit animal energy that I can apply. The description that's offered in the booklet is perfect for that. it is plenty for me. But there is so much additional information about each animal (what they eat, where they live, etc) available via the QR code, which I experience more as a nature/biology lesson vs activating my intuition.Besides that, the deck is lovely, it feels comfortable in the hand, and it certainly a high quality card deck. I'm looking forward to working more with it.

This beautiful deck comes in two boxes; an outer box with plenty of protection, and an inner box which houses the deck. The inner box has a lift-off top and a ribbon pull inside for lifting out the cards easily. Both boxes are carefully designed to enhance the deck and protect what is inside.The cards are lovely, with full-color images with a decorative border around the image, the number and name of the card all in silver gilding. The sides of the cards have silver gilding. The back of the cards have an intricate silver-gilded design that surrounds a silver-gilded qr code, which is slightly different on each card, for more information about the card online.Many of the cards in the deck I received were stuck together at the silver-gilded sides, and after separating each card carefully, the cards were easier to shuffle. The included guidebook contains full-size color images of each card. The meanings for each card, in the book are simple, straightforward, easy to understand and thought-inspiring.Because there are so many cards in this deck, more cards than a typical tarot, it's challenging to find a nice hand-over-hand shuffling style. Placing the cards in a vertical position, holding them along the long side and slowing down the pace of shuffling worked for me. Some of the print in the guidebook, especially the table of contents at the front, were challenging to read because of the small type and colors chosen for background and font. The entries for the cards themselves were easy to read.This is a very classy set of cards with plenty of animals from all over the world.
