I ordered this part (took 2 weeks to get it) for my 2004 Chevrolet 2500HD, 6.6 Diesel. Amazon web site shows that it fits my vehicle. It does not fit at all. Return is going to take days of shipping plus up to 14 days to return my money. Called O'reilly. I will have one in the morning. Lesson Learned.

Fit perfectly on my 06LBZ. Fixed my hard to start, and fuel leaking problem. Just don’t forget to buy a separate tank lock ring !

I had to do some modification to the unit locking tabs. The unit I received had the sending unit arm going the wrong way when inserted properly into the tank. I just ground down one of the tabs so the unit would line up in the tank. Other than that it works well so far and the truck starts now. Way cheaper that OEM

Replaced the one in my 2008 2500HD because it was rusted and leaking. This one works great and seems well made should last a long time.

Seems to be a high quality part and fit all the connections on 2007 Silverado 2500HD Classic diesel. Restored fuel level function the moment it was plugged in. GM fuel lines have snap on connections which usually require a special tool but can be disconnected by "picking the lock" with a few small flat blade screwdrivers. It is made in China. A new locking ring was not necessary for this Southern California truck.

Worked perfectly on my 2004.5 Chevy 2500HD Duramax LLY. I live in New England so the truck has been exposed to lots of salt and sand in the winter. The old sending unit rusted through causing the fuel filter to take on air and essentially disabling the truck. With the new sending unit installed the truck runs like a champ again. I am very happy with the product and would purchase again.
