This filter was just exactly as billed! Safe for solar photography, and still have great definition! This is 800 mm!

The filter fit my 77mm lenses and I have taken a number of solar photographs. Sunspots are clearly visible. The attached image was from the 2024 Eclipse in Texas..

I purchased this filter for my Canon EF 100-400 lens. I had never used a solar lens before and wanted one to photograph the full Anular Eclipse on October 14th. It was easy to use and easily screwed onto the front of the lens. The filter felt solid and well built and it came in a good plastic storage case. The filter worked perfectly. I have included my photo of the Ring of Fire.
