In all honesty I ordered this intending to use it for snacks. It’s a great size and we camp a lot, and I love a variety of nuts, dried fruits, chocolate, candy, crackers, etc. This is perfect for that. But my husband loves to fly fish and I think he will make more use it this box for that purpose! It can hold all of his bits, bobs, hooks, beads, weights, feathers and more. The interior boxes are all removable and can be washed, which makes this handy, but also allows for the inner boxes to be taken out while being used, and put back in. They can also be moved around and reorganized which is unique to craft and snack boxes like this that I’ve seen.So, we may be fighting over this. It’s multi purpose! Small enough to pack and travel with but big enough to hold a wide variety or snacks, treats, crafts OR fly fishing gear. Love the handles on top that fold down flat too.
