It's stood up to over a year of use and still looks and feels brand new. Works really well upright as a headboard, backboard, sideboard, etc. and works really well laid flat as a cat bed, body pillow, laptop desk, etc.

Pillow was a great addition for my sons bed and keeping his bed pillows at night from getting between the mattress and bed frame. The pillow is much bigger then I was expecting but ended up being perfect for him.

I love that it has pockets on either and that I can put my television remote and the remote to my ceiling fan. It is heavy and durable and looks nice too. It has kept its shape. I believe it was a good purchase.

Perfect for sitting up on bed to watch TV, and we also use it in our RV along the wall when we turn the dinette into a bed. This cushion lets us use that "bed" as a couch.

I used this pillow as a headboard in my son's dorm room. It is firm and has good filling. Not saggy! The fabric is beautiful and very soft. Highly recommend!

Quite soft and squishy, so it does not provide much support for sitting upright in bed, but looks pretty and it's ok for more lounge-y activities like watching TV from bed.

Worth the purchase! if you were on the fence, just buy it! I did a ton of reviewing for weeks on end, trying to find a solution to my problem, which was all the beds that I buy no matter the price at some point it breaks down and fails because the headboard becomes squeaky or loose. I decided to go with just a plain frame. I was going to buy a headboard separate and attach it to the wall but then I learned about headboard pillows and let me tell you this one is absolutely amazing! It’s incredibly dense, it is weighted. It is velvety soft there is no smell. The zippers are fantastic. It has a little flap so that the zippers are hidden. There’s pockets on both sides deep enough that you can put your hand in and it goes to your wrist.I’ve seen reviews saying this is like a glorified body pillow absolutely not if you were looking for a replacement for a headboard and you just have a frame, This is what you need!So comfy cozy!Best price I’ve found too!

I purchased this backrest pillow to use as a backrest cushion for my sectional couch. We didn't have use for the ottoman that came with the set, so we decided to use it as additional seating instead. We propped up the backrest pillow against the wall, as you can see in the pictures, and although it isn't the most comfortable (you'd have to scooch far back to rest against the pillow), turning the ottoman into seating does have its benefits for when we have guests. The backrest pillow is neither plush nor firm, as advertised, which is a gripe I have. It really doesn't provide any lumbar support whatsoever. But it is one of the few pillows I came across that allowed me to expand my sectional's seating area, and it was somewhat close to the color and pattern (wide cord) of our sectional fabric; it was also cheaper than similar alternatives. I threw in some decorative pillows to the front of the backrest pillow to keep the difference in dimensions and fabric design less glaring and add more back support. It serves my purpose, but I don't think this is the right pillow for actual lumbar support. I bought the 54" pillow. No smell.
