Does not stick good and stay on

It would be perfect if the got rid of the small frames from up and down the screen and make it a 2- piece decal.

These sticker skin pieces are thick and sturdy. Good quality. They fit the steam deck well.I started with the back sticker, so I could get used to putting them on before I did the front stickers.Everything went on fairly easily, except the curved and notched parts. Those parts took a little bit more finesse and finagling, and I wasn’t able to get those parts totally smoothed out. The sticker material is so thick and sturdy (a good thing) that it can’t lay totally flat on those edges where it folds in tightly. Or maybe my application technique wasn’t perfect? Either way, I wasn’t able to get the stickers to lay flat right where the palms go, and so grabbing the steam deck to play it is an uncomfortable experience.Because of that I’m a little torn as to whether I love this skin or not. I may remove that part of the skin in the future, if I can’t get used to uncomfortable nature of the sticker ridges. The rest of the skin is great.The printing of the wave image is nice. The texture of the stickers is good. The thickness and durability is good. The image doesn’t come off or get damaged easily. Even with repeated scraping, to get a couple little bubbles out when applying the skin. The colors are nice.The screen protector arrived in good condition.

Lasted about 6 months with light use. Didn't come off completely but all the face edges started to peel off around the corners. If you decide to buy, use a hair drying to help manipulate the vinyl around curved surfaces. Design was clearly printed, so I have to give them that. Included protective glass was higher quality than expected.

This looks fantastic on the deck. It feels nice. It has a slight texture. Once on, it stays in place. If you ever needed to take it off, you can, though only do so if you do not want it back on again.That being said, it does take a little thinking ahead of how you want to start applying it (what edge to line up and the direction to start laying it out. Start from one edge and work over). Then it needs to be taken slow. Have someone who is patient do this. If you pull too much on it to try to make it correct because you had it crooked, it will stretch.It is a bit forgiving in that you can reverse peel it off at first to readjust. But the further you go, the harder that is on larger pieces.Ultimately I had only a few tiny bubbles. I started with the back to get practice before the more fiddly front. It was worth taking time to do this and would recommend this.It does not look cheap. I got this for my husband's Steam Deck and now I need to go back and find one for mine.I already had a screen protector so I cannot rate that. But looking at it, it seems easy enough. I cannot say how it does on though.

So got this because the price seemed ok and it came with a screen protector. Strange thing with the screen protector it has a thumb print thing. Steam deck doesn't have that function lol. So my OCD eyes seeing that when it's off it's triggering lol. The little separation on the sides I get it was supossed to help when folding it down but it's not needed all you need is a hair dryer and it will go down no issues. It feels really uncomfortable on hands and looks ugly. I took that part off mine. For the price this product is ok.
