This is not the strainer featured in the photo. The strainer is not circular, and therefore does not fit in a shaker or mixing glass correctly. Spend more money for a better product!

The strainer I received is NOT the one pictured. It is the same piece of junk everyone else is selling for half the price. Take your buisiness elsewhere.

As Ramesh B. pointed out (wish I had bothered to look before ordering!) this is not the julep strainer in the picture.

Like all julep strainers, this is a cheap piece of stamped metal...probably made in India, Pakistan, China, or the like. That being said, it is at least as good as other julep strainers I have seen. Nobody seems to make an extremely high quality one. (If anybody knows of a source, let me know.) There were no sharp edges and the metal is polished. It fits in my mixing glass perfectly. Would buy again.
