We received it fast. Put some water in and now we have ice as often as needed. It beats the heck out of other counter ice makers.

Ice maker was working great for several months but began to leak. Contacted customer support and they responded the same day. After gathering all relevant info, they sent me a brand new ice maker within days. Great company!

This ice machine works fast and the bin fills up quick. It would be better if the ice was a bit more solid but using a bottle on top of the machine allows many pounds of ice. The noise level is a bit to loud for a counter top. I have mine in the laundry room.

Easy to clean and use. Fast ice production. I periodically use an ice maker cleaner to clean up the minerals left by my hard water. That’s cheaper than buying distilled water

I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone!! I’ve had it for maybe 2 and half months and already broken. The metal parts where the ice comes out gets all frozen and frosty but no water runs therefore no ice!! I’m furious, so much wasted money and of course it’s past return date so in the trash it gos. Called the company who made it and left a message and no back. Terrible product and terrible customer service!!! DONT BUY!!!

The noise factor to me is not that big of a deal that I read from other reviews. However, I wish I would have realized that you have to transfer the ice right away or it melts. Its very wet and melts fast if you are not there when the ice cubes drop to transfer into the freezer.

It’s 11/6/2024. I bought this on 9/24/2924 and it already stopped working. E1 code. Did all of the troubleshooting too. It will make a few ice cubes then stop working and flash E1. The previous machine I bought was about $50 cheaper and lasted almost 2 years!

Makes lots of ice just make sure you have it filled with water. Hard to find a bottle that works well on the top of the ice maker. Does make lots of noise but that doesn't bother us with 4 dogs in the house. Don't forget to clean it out.
