Attention:
- The power cord between power brick and DC plug will lead to 0.4V~0.6V voltage drop, so we designed the screen displayed voltage was 3.5V~24.5V. Caution:
- The 4cm short black power cord is a reverse polarity converter, not extension wire. It is used to reverse the original polarity of the power supply output port ( reverse the internal positive pole to negative, and the external negative pole to positive). Please confirm the polarity of your devicesโ power port before use. If the positive and negative poles are reversed, it will cause short circuit and damage your device.
Is this 3~24V 48W universal power supply (PS) compatible with your device?
1. Check Voltage
Please find the spec label of your device and check the working voltage. It should be among 3V~24V DC, not lower than 3V or higher than 24V DC. Otherwise, your device will not work or be damaged.
2. Check Current
Check the max current your device will draw. It should be equal to or less than 2A, such as 500mA, 1A, 1.2A,1.5A, 1.8A, 2A. Otherwise, your device wonโt work well and the PS will be damaged very soon.
3. Check Plugs
Check the power input port of your device. The PS is equipped with 14 pcs frequently-used DC tips. Please confirm wether it fits for your device before buy. If you can 't confirm, please measure it with a ruler.
4. Check Original PS
If you have a original power supply for reference, their output voltage, plug size, polarity should be the same . If our PSโs current is equal to or higher than original oneโs, then our PS will work with your device.

I checked out the specs of what I would need to power up my Pioneer REV5 Controller and this seemee like it fit the bill. It worked flawlessly the first time, but the next gig it didn't work. Very disappointed!

I bought it for having a large spectrum of output - from 3 volts to 24volts , yet , the unitโs output stats at 8 vkolts- I actually want to exchange it, considering that it might be defective, yet I need the seller to agree with my request.I will try to contact him and see what can be done.

The product is very useful and handy the only thing wrong with it is that if you accidentally set the voltage to high the item you are charging or using will not work anymore

1- Arrived on time2- Comes with many different tips to fit many devices3- Provide Min 3.5 V up to 24.5 V.4- It gives + voltage rating by 0.5 V than what is on Voltameter and this is common with all other adaptors that I had.5- Comes with reverse polarity cable.

An AU socket not provided despite this being sold on Amazon AU. But this does support 240V AC input so it isn't anything that isn't fixable by using a converter or possibly bending the poles... which I don't advise. I have also noticed that the voltage counter is a little weird around Otherwise this product works well and as advertised.
