One of the better ultra light rods I've used. Great for travel and you can catch a lot of different species of fish. Use lighter line on this pole, 4 to 6 lb braided.

Awesome rod for the money! This thing has handled everything from my pb largemouth bass to juvenile tarpon. I keep the 6'6" Mh 2 piece in the truck and it has never let me down. If only Amazon could deliver them intact every time

I was looking for a med. action rod for small crank baits and maybe a jerk bait now and then.So far this rod has met my needs for these baits.It is light and sensitive and the price was good.

The rods are excellent and well made for their price but I gave the order 4 stars because Amazon needs to learn how to package rods. I ordered 2 rods and Amazon threw them in a cardboard box about 4" x 4" by the lengthof the rod with no internal packing to cushion the rods so they are banging around inside the box until you getit. Not good. If you're lucky like I was, the rods will arrive with no damage but that's a pretty risky move. I guessAmazon is loaded so it's not a big deal for them to replace damaged rods. Take your chances but be forewarned.

This is the second one , first was broken in shipping , Amazon took it back and credit it almost instantly . Only have fish with with it for about six hrs so far. a little stiffer then I like for a light action tip but it is sensitive enough for worm or ned fishing . Got snagged and broke off 10 lb Mono leader pole held up perfectly . Would buy it again but I am going to buy the 7 ft ML next.

The tip of the fishing pole was broken off! Did not even receive the right fishing pole. I received a 7'- 8' deep sea fishing rod. The box that the rod was in was embarrassing. The initial box it was put in was too short so an additional piece was added to it. I understand that it was a long fishing pole, but the appearance was very unprofessional.
