Shoes are very comfortable, offer great support & sure footing on wet surfaces. They are lite weight, water friendly & clean up easily with soap & water when needed. The shoe is ventilated with open ports & the closed toe box is very roomy & protects toes from deck hardware. A great shoe for travel, errands, amusement parks, etc. Husband wears them as a general all-purpose shoe @ home plus they are his preferred deck shoe on the boat. He likes the easy on & off - step into them & out of them -like a moc . He does not experience lower back discomfort after wearing them all day as he does wearing his name brand athletic shoes @ work where he's on his feet all day. He owns several pair & they have become his "go to" every day shoes except for work.

Really like the comfort of this fishing shoe/sandal, however the front plastic webbing over the toes starting splitting and broke completely within 4 months of moderate wear. Got no response from shimano on the failure
