I can’t tell you how many neck pillows I have purchased and would throw them away because they were too firm and would put my neck and head in a weird uncomfortable position. A few years ago I did find one but is has worn thin and the company no longer makes it. I came across this pillow in my search and it looked to be soft so I took a chance and ordered it and I’m so glad I did. It is extremely comfortable and gives me that small comfort I need and lets my head and neck stay in a normal position. I haven’t washed it yet but I’m hoping it holds up because this pillow so far is a keeper.
