I took this on a liveaboard this year. I love it. It's light and the design is very efficient. You don't need as much weight as before. I probably could have removed 2 pounds from what I had previously been using.

I bought this because I wanted something I could also use for snorkling and then upgrade toscuba eventually. For snorkling, it is perfect because it is not too big or bulky to get in your way of swimmingor diving down. If you get the air 2 air regulator, it can get in your way, but this can easilybe remedied, by buying a Gear Keeper RT5-5901 to hold it in place. This is excellent safety type jacket should you find yourself in a difficult situation if you on your own. It inflates easily by breathing in it. Just for snorkling it is prettyexpensive item, but if you plan on doing scuba diving eventually, I think it is worth it. Thebuild is from Italy and excellent quality materials and workmanship. I do not know how well it is with ScubaTanks or Scuba Diving...
