This is an excellent value. I bought a black one I use it on my bosal. It is well made. It is a bit stiff, not soft like yacht rope, but it won't stretch which is good. I received my order promptly. It was nicely packaged. The tassel is real horsehair and the popper is good quality leather.

It took me 2 hours to work these through these slobber straps- both ends have a ball cap rather than just one end.

They were exactly what I was looking for. Got a good price. Very happy. Thought they would be a little less stiff but should wear in fine!

This product came as stated. These are not over the top expensive horse hair reins, however I am not worried about dragging them through the mud and the muck either. They are a decent set of reins that work well for my intended use of starters for training purposes. I would have been please to find a set that were a bit longer.
