I have to say these work very well in comparison to other food colors. However, it can be hard to dissolve, so I started using a hand held blender which helps. The colors are vibrant and there is no taste. I really enjoyed making these chocolate bonbons and loved the colors, I didn’t take photos of the bonbons once I took them out of the molds, but here they are!
