Good sized vegetable grater/cheese shredder. It is manual but it beats having to all the work by hand with an old-fashioned vegetable grater (which is what I've been doing for years). This shredded zucchini perfectly for my weekly zucchini casserole. I haven't used it for cheese since I buy shredded cheese. I love all the different blades this comes with. I specifically ordered this for vegetables and I'm so happy I did!
