Worked to fix an intermittent issue with my Exmark Lazer Z 60 Zero Turn, where the engine would die while I was mowing, literally like the key was being turned off.I would start it back up and it would run fine for a few minutes and then die again.I noticed if I bumped the key when the engine was dying, the engine would come back up again and run for a few minutes, so after ruling out all of the safety switches, I ordered this new ignition switch, replaced it and it solved the problem.As a note: I had also started to notice when I would go to start the mower for about a month prior, I had to turn the key a couple of times because all I would get was a "click" and the starter wouldn't engage, almost like the battery was dead when it wasn't.That will be a clue for me going forward if it happens again that the key switch is probably about to go bad.The key switch has good, positive action and turns easily with the different positions on the switch being firm and easy to lock into.The connection is pretty standard for a lot of different brands and types of mowers and is even the same as an older JD 1020 tractor I own, so not a bad Idea to have a couple of these on hand, especially if you live in an area with high humidity, like here in Texas where I'm at.The switch was shipped and received fast and was a great price.5- Stars!
