I was so happy to find replacement remotes! I didn’t want to have to buy a whole new Roku. They configured great and no issues! Definitely recommend if you lose yours like we did!

Worked great at first, but then both of the remotes (I bought 2) caused FireTV to tell me the remote needed a software update every time I turned it on. It would time out every time. I tried resets and updating through remote settings. Nothing worked. Then the remote stopped working. 1 won’t turn the TV on. The other turns it on, but not off. When the FireTV devices fails to update the remote, it gives me an Amazon website to get product support, but there is no support for this device (which is why I am leaving this review. It is my only option.

This remote worked fine for a long time and it stopped working. Would order again but I’ll just change the fire stick and remote next time less hassle that way.
