We used this to repair my daughter's Mongoose bike, stock Direct Mount fell apart when she was riding her bike to work. My husband was able to install without issue.

Quality is ok, I got the piece I was looking for and replacement took about 30 mins. I recomend to take your time to adjust it after installation.

The one i received was defective had it instaled and the spring inside was not seated correctly so when i switched gears it pulled inside the rim and broke in two as well bent the spokes on the rim

I bought this for my brother. The old derailleur just broke. Probably worn out. This new one was a perfect match and fit for his bike. Easy to put on he said. The price was good and the shipping too. No issues. I recommend this product and seller.

This was a good replacement for my 30 year old Schwinn 10 speed. It would have been a breeze to install if I had a means to break my chain. As it was I needed to remove a screw that holds the lower gear and bend the tang at the top gear. However, the screw is a Allen wrench, but metric. I do not have metric. So I used my Dremel tool to grind a slot into the head and use a wide blade screw driver.

This worked well with my bike and surprisingly I didn't need to make any adjustments for it to align to the gear ratios.
