Bought this for my fireplace along with logs and burner. The valve has very specific clearances for the various parts. My fireplace is 36x27 and there was no way to get the proper clearances for the various parts, my log set is 24". The wires are too short to move the electronics outside the fireplace, which is one way they suggest to get your clearances. You have the battery box, the wireless transmitter, and the unit itself all with specific clearances. 247Grills will only let you return the item unopened for a 20% restocking fee. If you open the box it's a 50% restocking fee and you pay shipping either way. I had to make numerous call to Amazon and email the seller to get any action. The whole process took two months to loose out on money and pay shipping. Buy from a local dealer where you can see the product and get assurances that if need be you can return it, don't buy from Amazon. I am an Amazon Prime member for many years.
