This has been great for training. Holds a good amount of treats. Haven’t filled it to the top but it takes a good amount of our training treats. Keeps the treats fresh and hooks onto my pants or belt well and doesn’t fall off. Haven’t had any issues with bugs either which is a big plus. Highly recommend for training!

I doubt the positive reviews for this product. Yes, it holds a decent amount of treats IF you leave the pouch wide open, where dogs invariably get their noses into it. If you pull on the drawstring to close the pouch, it cinches midway up, pushing up the contents from bottom and leaving only the contents under the cinch secured: the rest of the treats either fall out of the pouch or sit exposed. For training a dog, it is next to useless.

I absolutely love the RC Pet Products Essential Treat Bag! This training pouch has become an essential tool for me.Firstly, the treat bag holds a substantial amount of treats, which is perfect for longer training sessions. I was impressed by the size of the bag as it easily holds a substantial amount of treats. Less treat prep work between sessions (cutting up treat rolls).Secondly, the bag has an easy to use poop bag dispenser. Instead of shoving a few bags in my pocket that fly away whenever I get my keys out, I can keep them neatly in the compartment of this treat bag.Overall, the RC Pet Products Essential Treat Bag is an excellent investment for any dog trainer. This product is very functional and efficient and a must-have for anyone who trains their dogs. I highly recommend this product! The only issue is drying the inside of the bag. If you only used dry store bought treats and never washed it, it’ would likely be fine.

I like the ability to carry more than one bag and to stow the full ones. A previous version had a weak belt clip that was prone to breakage. The current one is much better and the bag is ideal for dog walks.

I use kibble to train my 6 months old GSD puppy, no free feedings. I needed a bag that holds 150-200 grams of kibble safely and easy to clean. This bag can probably hold this amount of kibble if there is no poop bag roll in the front compartment. The interior lining has too much extra material (lots of wrinkles), would be impossible to get it cleaned properly. The belt clip is made of plastic and attached to the bag with two rivets, doesn't look durable enough. Treats bag at this price should have better overall design. The bag was returned back for credit.

I bought this product from Mud Bay to help easily dispense treats for our new puppy. It has a clip that can easily clip to your waistband- sounds ideal, right? The product would be great if it functioned correctly but it broke after one week of use... The plastic on the clip popped right off. We thought maybe it was just faulty or a one off defect. Luckily, we were able to exchanged it for a new one. About one week of use into the second treat bag, the clip broke again in the exact same spot. We're not doing anything crazy! Just clipping to our pants and going for walks! Will be returning again and not getting another one from this brand. I work in Product Development so for 20 dollars, I expect a much higher quality clip than this one and am disappointed in the folks who chose to snub consumers for this cheap clip. Would not recommend.
