I bought this for a final project in college as I needed to make Sushi Rolls and this product works great. Everything in it works great and I will be using again. Knife could be a little sharper and avocado scraper wasn't all that great, but I have never used one before so you might have different luck. I will say it made good tight rolls and I will use it again when needed.

The sushi bazooka for rolls and the molds work great. It included instructions for the bazooka but that’s it, you have to figure out the molds yourself. The rolls come out the perfect size to use with nori sheets. The avocado tool is, however, complete trash. I ended up with a bunch of smashed and mushed up avocado rather than the easy slices it was supposed to make. It’s better to just use a regular knife for it.
