I bought this charger and batteries four years ago and they're still going strong! I have three chargers from this brand for three different systems. That's how much I love them!This is anecdotal at best, but I believe these batteries last way longer than the factory Nikon batteries. Plus, they're so much cheaper. I bought a more well-known brand charger and battery set when they were on sale but I feel they don't last long, so when I bought another camera I came back to Powerextra and will continue to buy from them unless their quality goes downhill.Another thing I love about these is that you can charge by USB (and that was why I bought them in the first place). If need be, I can charge my backups in my car, by solar panel or in my backpack with a battery pack.Overall an amazing deal!

**Update 8/3/2020**Powerextra contacted me about the dead batteries and offered to replace them at no charge. I took advantage of the offer and finally got to use them on my family vacation over a period of 7 days. The batteries charged up without issue and I used them as my primary battery all week. I took around 40 hours of time lapse video with one battery in the camera (Nikon D810) and one in the grip with 1-5 second interval shots over periods spanning an hour to 24 hours. The batteries did great and held up for the duration. Thanks for addressing the issues and hopefully it was just a batch problem and not indicative of the overall product.I have had these batteries and charger (2 sets, 4 batteries) and after less than 20 cycles, 2 of the 4 will not take a charge. I could have handled one tanking, but two is unacceptable. I will not be buying the offbrand batteries any more. I am glad I got a free charger to soften the blow. Buy the Nikon batteries, they last way longer as far as usable life of the battery.

I was a little skeptical when I ordered the batteries and charger but now I'm thrilled I did. The best part of the kit is the charger, it charges the batteries while plugged into my computer's USB slot which is the only way this charger works. It also has a digital readout to let you know what the charging status is. Because of the USB method of charging the batteries I could plug the charger into the USB outlet in my Ford Escape and charge batteries on the go. The batteries look like original Nikon EN*EL15 batteries and the two that were included with the kit seem to hold a good charge and work perfectly with my D800 and D7200. Only time will tell how good these batteries are. Overall a good product and I would have no problem recommending Powerextra to anyone.

Upon delivery, I charged the two batteries until the display turned off. When I installed them in my Nikon D7100 the camera did not power up. The display is blank and does not indicate any power from the battery. I then installed the other battery and had the same problem. Dead camera. I posted a question asking about this but have not heard anything. I leave in two days for an eleven day cruise and do not have a camera that works. Hopefully, someone will respond and help me solve the problem. Until then my rating stays one star.9/9/18 Update (1 star to 4 stars)I had no choice but to take the batteries on my cruise. I checked them once again when I got on the ship by placing them in the charger. It said they were fully charged. The next day I put them in the camera to see if I could get some picture of and from the ship. Guess what? The camera now saw the batteries and showed them as fully charged. They worked great for the whole trip. I have a great portfolio of all the places we stopped, the halibut fishing trip and all the places I walked to in port. My only complaint was how long it took for someone to answer my questions. They did offer to send new batteries, but I was already on my trip.

About a month in now of constant use and they've been working great so far (both the batteries and the charger). The charger especially is now my go-to whenever I'm traveling with my camera. It's just so compact and the fact that I can plug it into any USB port to charge it means that I don't have to carry a bulky, outlet charger with me. Can just use the same charger I use to charge my phone.Also the indicators are a huge help. Instead of just a blinking light like most chargers have, this one actually tells you HOW charged the batteries are. So if you're in a rush and neither of the batteries are fully charged, you can at least see which one is MORE charged and grab that one to go shoot for a few hours.Anyway, very satisfied so far.

I bought these a month or so ago and have been delighted. The battery are so far in top form. I also have the power extra battery grip for the D750. A great grip, but its picky about using third party batteries other than Nikon. I should have guessed that their batteries would have no issues.I even thought I lost it last week and I order another one without the batteries, and it works great too. Fortunately, I found my first one in my bag. Its small, it slipped into the back liner of my camera bag. Now I have two and I don't mind it. I store one in my main rolling bag and the other one in my smaller travel bag.The best thing about this charger is that it charges using USB. You can use a power bank to charge if you are in a remote location.I have read some people here call it plastic junk. Yes it is plastic, but its sturdy and no different from the crappy charger Nikon provides and also sells for twice as much with no batteries and charge level indicator.If this price is too much, they also sell it without the batteries for half the price.
