  • Please make sure the USB-C port on your laptop is a thunderbolt 3/4/5 port or supports display.

There are two kinds of USB-C cables, UsB-c charging cable and UsB-C video cable (the original one). Your own cable may be only a charging cable.

  • Your laptop needs to have a full-featured USB-C port (supports video output) or a USB-A/USB-C port plus an HDMI port (supports video output).

  • This may be caused by insufficient power supply to the portable monitor. Please use an external power supply that provides 5V/2A power to power the monitor.

  • 1.The iPhone 15 and iPhone 16 series can be connected to the monitor.

2.Use the included USB-C to USB-C data cable to connect the phone port and the full-featured Type-C port in the middle of the monitor.

  • Only some series of samsung phones(Galaxy s8/s9/$10/520/521/522series; Galaxy Note8/9/10/20series; Galaxy fold, z fold 2/3/4) work with the monitor bythe original USB-C cable we provided. Other phones/tablets need an HDTV cable to work.

First, let's talk about the screen. I think it's pretty good! The stand I like, because it doubles as a cover to protect the monitor somewhat. It's lightweight, portable, and doesn't feel cheap. It connected right away and just worked when I plugged the usb-c into my surface. Picture quality is fine and the refresh rate also is fine. There were no issues with the monitor tests I ran, no pixel issues etc. As far as compatibility, when I plugged the monitor into my pixel 7 it acted odd, and started cycling through some screen tests it seems like. I can't really vouch that it is compatible with android, as this is the only phone I have to test. The sound though, not so great, it sounded clear, but far too quiet for me to actually use. Not entirely sure if I'm doing something wrong there it was so quiet. There is a volume setting in the monitor menu, but it's still quite quiet. The monitor comes with a few cords, but no charging brick. That's not super unusual these days, but it's always a plus for me when it does come with the charger. It's a great little portable monitor for my laptop. I think the overall value is solid.

Overall: 5 stars for value, but 8/10 when you breakdown the detailsI'll start by saying that I would 100% recommend this monitor, regardless of the following issues -1. The stand is not as versatile as I would like. While using on a table with plenty of surface area, it's sturdy. Unfortunately it doesn't attach to another screen or have any other ways to stand up, which can frustrating when using a gaming controller with your monitor in your lap2. There seems to be a glitch where scrolling through some settings causes the monitor to disconnect. For example- brightness will only increase up 80% before disconnecting.Connectivity & compatibility: Easiest plug & play electronic for gaming on-the-go. While traveling, I was easily able to connect to my S22U Ultra with the provided USB-C to USB-C cable and play video games with PS Remote Play. TSA didn't event require me to remove the monitor from my carry-onPortability: Lightweight, much lighter than a tablet or laptopPicture quality: Could be better- The brightness is adjustable with some quirks with the controls, but it was perfectly acceptable for light gaming when connected to my phone. Issues mention above - I've yet to troubleshoot, but 80% is plenty bright enough in regular lighting.

This is a great portable monitor. For it main home, I plugged it up into my main computer as a second monitor using the HDMI to mini HDMI cable and the USB to USB C cable for power that come with it but it will great to be able to borrow it and take over to some of the headless Raspberry Pi boxes I have or when putting together a new computer and needing a monitor for setup before you finish putting case back together.Image quality was good and HDR support was listed in the menus although I did not test it. You can easily view it from any angle but you get slightly better picture if you stay within about 40 degrees of center. It turns on with the computer and sleeps when the signal disappears, just like my main monitor although it takes a few seconds longer to initially respond.Sound through the HDMI cable works but it comes out two small speakers on the back. It works but don't expect too much from the speakers. They seemed overwhelmed at max volume but fine at about 7 or 8.Instructions manual was a little micro booklet with micro printing and only about 3 pages in English. It shows how the bottom USB is for power but wasn't clear how much power it needed on the USB port but I just plugged into a standard power USB port and it was fine. How to get it stand was also not clean but eventually I realized if you fold just the first small flap over there a groove you can set the monitor into get it to stand on its own. Finally it wasn't totally clear how the controls work and I could not access some of the setting until I figured out the stick on the one side can also be pressed in. All of the ports on the device itself though were clearly labelled in larger font that in the manual so it was easy to not have much manual.I would like to take off half a star for the instructions but overall I am so happy with the rest of if and the portability it offers for future tasks that I am setting it to 5 stars instead of 4.

I recently picked up this 15.6-inch portable monitor, and I'm extremely impressed with its quality and versatility. The display is crisp and delivers vibrant colors, which makes it an excellent companion for my Raspberry Pi projects. Whether I'm working on code, testing hardware, or running a small GUI, everything looks sharp and easy to read. One of the standout features is its portability. As shown in the picture I’ve attached, it's roughly the same width as a full-size keyboard, making it easy to fit on a small desk or even carry around in a backpack. The lightweight design and included stand make setup quick and hassle-free.I'm also considering using this monitor in a DIY jukebox build, and it seems like the perfect fit. The screen size is ideal for displaying album art, track info, or a custom UI, and the HDMI compatibility with the Raspberry Pi means it integrates seamlessly.Overall, this is a fantastic monitor for anyone needing a second screen, a compact display for tinkering, or a creative project display. Highly recommended!
