From the moment the koala came out of the bag it had a hole around the neck at the seam in the back. It was Christmas Eve and I had not option but to sew it up to give it to my kid as a gift. Within another two days the front of the neck seam into the koala’s left came undone and left a big hole that I had to sew up. It’s cute and soft and my kid is in love with the stuffed animal but I’m really disappointed by the quality and the amount of work I have had to put into upkeep within the first few days. Would not recommend.

My wife had a similar pillow she used when she was going though chemo that she loved. It finally wore out from some hard use over the years and I searched for something similar. I ordered a small one and she loved the feel, it was soft and she loved it, but it was a bit too small for her in the bed, so she uses it in her recliner. So, I ordered a larger version of the same pillow for her to use in bed and she just loves it. She uses it every night, and the smaller one daily in her recliner. And, it’s actually a cute little critter.

When I received the unicorn 🦄, I fist thought it did not have enough stuffing. It has taken about four days for the materials to return to their normal shape. Item arrives vacume packed. So when received, keep shaking and moving it so materials can relax. Not suitable for under the age of 4 without supervision. This is due to easy access to stuffing by opening the small zip.

the toy itself is lovely but a zip in the back isn't helpful so I took it out and sowed it up to stop little hands just taking the insides out

Article non conforme, pas d'étiquette, pas de CE, une garniture trop facilement accessible par un simple zip, bref ce produit ne répond pas aux normes européennes, je compte le signaler à la DDPP.Sinon en plus de cela il n'est pas du tout comme en photo, il arrive complètement compacté donc une fois le plastique ouvert le tissu reste froissé, et il manque de garniture. Très déçu !
