I have a 19 year old cat that I think has joint pain (It takes him a long time to lay down or get up) so I thought a soft bed might increase his comfort and HE LOVES THIS BED. He is in this bed 99% of the day and it just makes me so happy to see him laying comfortably and snoozing. I had no idea that he would love it so much because he hasn't had a cat bed for the last ten years or so, but man this bed has turned out to be his favorite thing. I was kind of worried he wouldn't use it because I'm from sunny California and I thought the fleece lining would be too hot but NOPE he lays in it even on hot days. The bed is cute, super soft, and a great size for my tabby. He is relatively skinny (as many old male cats are) but has plenty of room. If you have a 20+ pound cat or multiple cats you may want to think about a bigger bed or multiple beds because even though my cat is skinny I don't think there would be room for a second adult cat to be in the bed with him. Anyway my baby boy loves the bed and it works great for me because it contains some of his shedding and is super cute! Probably one of my most successful Amazon purchases.

A mi gatita le gustó desde el primer momento y desde entonces no lo ha dejado de usar a pesar de que no es su cama principal. Está bien acolchonada, las costuras se ven bien realizadas y en general me parece de una muy buena calidad y además a precio bajo, pensé que por el precio el tamaño sería un poco pequeño, pero el tamaño es el estándar para un gato adulto, sí lo recomiendo.

**update** 3/4/21I purchased a 2nd bed. I have tried to buy more over the years, but typically they are out of stock. I was thrilled to finally purchase an extra.The 1st bed I bought is still in great shape. It washes perfectly, I just follow directions. There is minimal wear and tear, no holes and the padding and bolsters are still as full as when I first purchased it. I just wanted another to put away for later. I had to open it and use it in the living room so I am going to purchase 2 more to put away for later.These beds are wonderful! My Chihuahua is 6-7lbs. He is 13yrs and is fairly getle on beds, blankets and toys.-------------------------------------------This is the perfect size for my 6lb Chihuahua. He has plenty of room to stretch out if he wants.The bottom is really cushiony. It is sewn into three sections lengthwise. Each are pretty full. The outer bolster is nice and firm, but not stiff. The fabric is soft and plush.I noticed a very slight odor associated with fabric, but one wash on the gentle cycle and fluffed dry has taken care of that. I can say it washed up great! No shredding, the filling didn't shift, the fabric is even softer than when it went in (and I do not use fabric softener with any of my dog's beds or blankets).I am really happy with this bed. It is a great quality, my dog loves it, it washed well, it was delivered on the second day, the price was excellent.... I hope I am not forgetting anything. I will purchase another bed, we have beds throughout the house so our Chihuahua can be comfy in any room he goes with us.

I admit I was skeptical about getting a bed for our thirteen-year-old cat -- after all, we have beds, couches, and pillows aplenty in our house, and she has no hesitation about using any of them whenever she feels like it. Rosie is ailing, however, and my six-year-old insisted on saving up her own allowance and purchasing the bed herself. It took several weeks for her to save enough, but as soon as she did we hopped online and she chose this one because it was "fancy" and not too expensive. (Kindergarteners have limited budgets, after all.)Wow, was it the right decision!The instant we pulled it out of the box, Rosie the cat creakily jumped into it. (Anyone who knows cats will understand what a big deal it is that Rosie chose the bed over a brand new box.) Even though the bed was on a hard wooden floor in the middle of our living room at that moment, she curled up inside and slept there for the next several hours, so it seems to have enough cushioning on the bottom. (Naturally we didn't move the bed during that time, middle of the floor or no, because everyone knows you don't move a sleeping cat -- especially an old, rickety one -- or else curses be upon you.)The cat bed now lives on my daughter's bed, although it often travels throughout the house, depending on where my daughter is playing. Honestly, Rosie will sleep on a pillow or on a couch or person's bed *almost* as often as she in her own designated bed, but she does love her own special spot.As for quality, I don't expect it to last for decades, but it doesn't need to. It's been a few months now, though, and the bottom and sides are still cushy and soft. The plush is comfortable, and the edges have enough firmness to hold up a sleeping cat's head while still being cushiony. Definitely one of our best investments ever!For photo reference: Rosie (grey with peach splotches) weighs about 4.5 pounds -- very small in stature and quite thin. Basil (all grey) is about 12 pounds and much longer and taller. He can fit in the bed just fine when he tries, but he's a sprawler and can take up half a couch when he feels like it. If he were much bigger he likely wouldn't fit all the way in, though some cats or small dogs might not mind that -- especially since they can rest their heads on the sides.P.S. Confession: It's fun to post photos of your cat on the internet for strangers to see. Is this what I've been missing out on all this time? I must review more cat accessories!

I have a 6.5 pound yorkie that loves this. It is a good size and sooo soft. It is well made also. I cant believe the price, its a steal. It looks like the picture and is even bigger than I thought it would be for the price. I am so glad that someone sells a decent affordable bed because my little one would still lying on a towel. Thats how much he hated his other bed, he would rather lay on a towel and I paid a little more for that bed than I paid for this one. I wish I saw this one sooner. This one is pillowy and looks so comfy. It makes Gus' seal of approval and he is a very picky little guy. I know I am babbling but I was saving this for a Christmas present for him but after I saw it I couldnt wait to give it to him and I am so glad that he loves it. :)UPDATE: It is now March 18th and my yorkie is 7.5 pounds now and he still loves it. He fits in it pretty good still. I just wanted to update because I wanted to add that I have washed this bed in the washer on delicate and let it air dry at least once a week since early December when I got it. It still is nice and puffy and looks like brand new...its just so well made. Well worth the price. :)

Very quick to ship and exactly as pictured and described. My morkie was scared of it for a day, then spent the entire night in it instead of coming to his blanket in the room! Lol. Small but perfect size for him and easy to move around or wash.
