Always on the look out for matching girls + dolls clothing for my American Girl obsessed child. The skirts are actually very well constructed, nice stitching, not worried about the elastic getting stretched out, but the fabric itself is like one of those vinyl picnic table cloths. Daughter wore the skirt over leggings so it was only touching her skin around her waist, and she said by the end of the day she had a slimey sweat line all around her stomach. But! That didn't stop her from her showing off her matching doll skirt with friends. She's a big fan.

My 11 year old LOVES the hot pink set! The skirt is great quality, very durable, and the sheen is very shiny. She said it's really comfortable. The set for her doll looks pretty identical (she tried it out on the dog first, but it's too small). The glasses are a cute add on, but we probably will only use the pair for the doll. Overall great purchase!
