I purchased the Matelasse shower curtain after much contemplation about the price. However, I was pleasantly surprised after receiving it. It's beautiful and the quality is unmatched. My only complaint is the extremely high price of $180.00!! I'd love to order another one to use as a back-up. How about a discount or a coupon? That would be nice. I gave it 3 stars only because of the extremely high price. I mean ... IT'S A SHOWER CURTAIN FOR HEAVEN'S SAKE!!!! VERY EXPENSIVE! Give a girl a break!!But I love it. :) lol

This shower curtain is beautiful. Has a good weight to it. Love the ECRU color since it is not stark white. It does land on my marble floor - but I am ok with that. I did do a quick steaming to get rid of fold lines. I am so happy to have replaced an old yucky shower curtain. This really classes up my bathroom. I highly recommend Peacock Alley - it does look luxurious

I love…love this material. It is made in Portugal. It does shrink even washing on cold and air drying. The queen size coverlet still fits my bed even after washing. I also purchased a matelasse shower curtain. It is very long after washing also. May have to use a tie back for it. Lots of compliments!

This shower curtain is absolutely gorgeous! I've had it since April 4th and every time I go into my guest bathroom I admire it. My guest bathroom has a taupe tub/sink, cream tile and polished gold-tone fixtures. I purchased the double curved, oil rubbed bronze rod and oil rubbed bronze rollerball hooks. (I rotated my photos several times but for some weird reason they keep getting rotated back after I submit them. What's up with that Amazon?)The curtain looks AMAZING on this rod with these hooks and it matches my bathroom perfectly.The fabric is outstanding! It's very soft and a medium-heavy weight. The drape is perfect as are the soft pleats. I keep it pushed back about 1/3 of the way because I don't want to hide my beautiful porcelain tile that goes up my walls. You can still see the beauty of the pattern when it's pushed back like this.The curtain has large, matte silver-tone grommets. I wish they were gold but you really can't tell unless you look closeup.I searched for a few months for the perfect curtain. I was sick of curtains with prints that always seemed to look cheap and I got tired of after a month. Never did I think I would spend $135 for a shower curtain for my guest bathroom but when I saw this, I had to have it. The neutral color is the way to go because you can change around your bathroom decor and not have to worry about matching some crazy print.I have not regretted the cost for one moment as it makes my bathroom look like pure class. When you see this curtain hanging you KNOW it's notcheap!Thank you Peacock Alley! love-love-love

I love the shower curtain itself but I ordered white and got ecru. Very disappointed. Very expensive and waited a long time for it to arrive.
