Bought this for my wife as a gift. and she loves it (That's the most important thing here).It showed up on time and was easy to unpack. It does ship with frustrating disposable tools (Allen wrench, flat wrench), but if you don't have real tools they get the job done. Assembly was a breeze, taking about 6 minutes. Assemble it outside as it gets pretty large indoors. Product feels very sturdy when you sit in it, so you actually do relax.Shipping IS expensive, but it is large and heavy. I priced around town, and this is still a tremendous bargain compared to local options. I'm very happy with this product in total at the price I paid.Cushion is nice and you can easily remove it when needed. Cover is great if you need it, we may use it when the windy leaf season is upon us.

The chair is amazing and my daughters loved it. A great item to have for their reading corner in their bedroom. My daughters are 7 and 8 and they both fit in it at the same time. The color is exactly what is pictured and it even comes with a cover if you decide to use it outdoors. Overall a great buy! Shipping was faster than expected and arrived a day early. And the set up process is very easy. The chair base is very sturdy and doesn’t wobble.Overall a great buy!!

I absolutely LOVE this chair! Assembly was quick and easy. The chair is comfortable and sturdy. I shorted the links on my chain (by 2) so my feet will dangle when I sit in it. I love that the protective cover was included - I keep my chair covered when I'm not sitting in it. I sit in this chair EVERY DAY and am so happy with my purchase! I did purchase some extra outdoor decorative cushions for the sides of the chair.

(5.25.23) This chair is so cute! It looks great on our small porch, was easy to put together and is really comfortable. I am very hesitant to purchase furniture from Amazon but this was a smart buy. Hopefully it won’t collapse on me! I’ll let you know at the end of summer.Update (6.25.23)I was really hoping this chair would last at least until the end of the summer:(The wicker is unraveling already (see pic). The chair has been up on my covered porch for a month only. I’m bummed - I had such high hopes for this chair. I gave it a new rating of 4 stars.

Bought this as a Mother's Day gift. The family is already fighting over who gets to sit in it. It is so comfortable to sit in, doesn't take up too much space on our porch and was easy to set up. The material looks well made so far and it is more beautiful in person. The only issue I had was with FedEx actually delivering it as they made a mess of the whole thing and I spent days frantically trying to find/track the box because they kept saying delivery attempted and rerouting it when it was confirmed they never actually brought it to our address. I just wish the seller used a different carrier because FedEx is the worst. Other than that, it was well worth the headache to get it as my parents love it so much we are considering buying another one in the future.
