We bought one in January of 2023 and liked it so much that we bought another one in July for the other kitchen. The one purchased in July died with a code E05 in early November. Panasonic refused warranty repairs on this item. But, If you've owned many microwaves over the years you know they can suddenly die or last for 10 years!This is a good microwave and I'm glad I got the Asurion Warranty along with it. Asurion offered me a refund for the original purchase (less sales tax) on an Amazon gift card. So I'm buying another one, and I'll get the Asurion Warranty again.

Had high hopes for this Panasonic, but it lasted exactly one minute. Got it all set up and thought I'd try it out by warming my coffee. Heated it for one minute, which wasn't quite right. Put it in for another 30 seconds, pushed the start button and it jumped to off and reverted to showing the time on the clock. Did this several times, and it never worked again beyond that first minute. Picked up a brand new, slightly smaller Black & Decker microwave from Target for nearly half the price, that's easier to use and works fine.

Nothing to dislike so far does the job for every thing I cook or warm up.The appliance is not to heavy to move or cumbersome.
