This is super cute displayed on my shelves! I always feel like I’m living in a novel using a candle sniffer, but maybe that’s just me. Feels like a decent weight, but not too heavy. I mostly got it for display (it does work though), and it adds a nice touch!

I always have candles on my dining room table and one of my grandsons is responsible for lighting them before Sunday family dinners. He also takes care of using a snuffer to put them out when the meal is over. I have one I use all the times but wanted to order this for use during Christmastime. The brass is a dressy color without being gaudy and I love the pinecone, which is so nice for the Christmas season. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that the pinecone is attached by just a little jump ring and that gives it kind of a flimsy feeling. I'm sure it works fine, I guess I'm just used to one that is one solid piece. Otherwise its nice. I look forward to using it and will keep it on the dining room table right near the candles.
