I'm new to filming videos on my phone and only had a flimsy, cheap tripod. This is a great upgrade for me. It stands still, does not wobble and feels very sturdy. It's great for filming videos or taking pictures on your phone. It comes with an attachment that holds your phone. You can adjust the height. It's easy to use and compact for storage. It's honestly just great! Highly recommend and it's a good price as this product feels good quality.

The dimensions in the listing are accurate, so I won't repeat them -- but the maximum spread between the legs is almost 13 inches, and on a round table it needs one 15 inches in diameter. It easily supports my small light panel. The instructions say not to exceed the max load capacity, but that number is not listed anywhere. Personally, I'd be very careful with 2+ pounds. The leg spread is a bit awkward (wanting to sit on the center hub) until you have the legs almost fully extended. The tripod is lightweight (aluminum?) metal with a mix of metal and plastic fittings. The ball head is good solid metal with a plastic thumbscrew, and a plastic disk (with a bit of crosshatch rubber) to support your attached device. My only complaint is the phone clamp. It has 2 convenient ways to connect it to a 1/4 inch screw, but the spring that holds the phone is super tight. I have a large phone that would barely fit, but I'm not about to subject it to that much pressure. All in all, this small tripod provides a lot of options.

This is a great stand for what I want it for. It's compact so it can be used on a desk or table for a webcam. I love the fact that it has 1/4-20 thread so it is super versatile. I've set it up a few different ways to show in the photos how it can be used. It is compact enough that is can go in a backpack along with a selfie pole that I have which also has 1/4-20 threads so it can be converted into a full height tripod. I had a similar base that came with my other selfie pole but the feet don't have anything on them to keep them expanded to it's a pain to get them opened up to stand the thing. These feet stay where you want them. I little bit of light oil on the leg mechanism will help it all to work more smoothly. It sticks a little right out of the box.

This is a very inexpensive yet versatile lightweight tripod phone holder. It did not come with any real instructions or diagrams, so you must read through the listing for that information.I found it easy to assemble and my phone fits snuggly in the clamp. It is simple to adjust by turning some screws. Your phone can be orientated for vertical or horizontal and the ball allows for making exact adjustments to your angle. It is mostly plastic construction that I suspect will not hold up to any kind of rough housing, but it is perfect for sitting in my work space to take photos and record video.

I’ve used several Neewer products for my photography gear, and this mini tripod is another solid offering. It’s perfect for desktop use with small to medium-sized cameras; great for webcams or point-and-shoots. I wouldn’t recommend it for heavier DSLR setups though, as the ball mount isn’t designed for that kind of weight. At around $15, the build quality and overall assembly are impressive for the price. It’s made of a sturdy, lightweight metal; a definite step up from plastic, and compact enough to throw in a backpack without taking up much space.A couple of limitations to note:There’s no bubble level or way to visually check if your setup is level. The legs only spread out to a fixed wide angle: you can’t keep them more vertical or narrowed in for height or space control. That said, for casual use, travel, or a static desktop setup, it’s a great value and well made.

This is a portable compact tripod for lighter items like phones, small video lights, or compact point and shoots. I've used it in a photo shoot to hold a small background light on the ground and it worked great. At the top is a spigot with a 1/4 20" thread for versatile mounting options. My main complaint is that the metal legs of the base are not covered in any rubber or grippy material, which makes the tripod easily slide around on smooth surfaces.

Nothing to complain about. It sets up easy. Holds the phone securely. Will adjust however you need. The pictures show the minimum and maximum height.
