I bought 3 of these tags and set them up quite easily. I did this almost 3 years ago, yes, 3 years ago. I didn't leave a review then but in good conscience I must now.A workman left my backyard gate open. My 2 Golden Retrievers and my Great Pyrenees took off on an adventure.I wasn't even aware they were gone for a good 15 minutes. As I walking out to my car to search for them, my 2 Goldens decided to came home on their own.My Pyrenees was still missing.I searched for less than 1 hour before my cellphone rang. A kind voice said" Hi, we found your dog. I scanned her tag, that's how we got your phone number."Within 30 minutes, my dog was back home with me. She had wandered into a playground and had been having a grand old time with a bunch of children. One of the fathers wanted to take her home because she was so sweet and friendly, while another fellow insisted they scan her tag first.The point is, had this tag not worked, and remember, the tag had not been used for 3 years and had hung on her collar for 3 years in the rain, snow and sun, I would not have gotten her back because the first fellow wanted to take her home and keep her.These are great tags and well worth the money.I hope this review has helped you.Have a Rainbow kinda day!

Such a simple but effective idea. The tag is light weight and well made and the website works well allowing you to leave lots of information on your pup and how to get them back if they should get lost.

Cute, not sure how long they’re going to hold up. I wish they had some kind of a plastic covering on them to help them stay nice, but they’re very cute.

I love this tag. We tested it and my neighbor scanned the tag and shows all of my baby's info. Makes me feel better if she ever get lost that she is wearing hertag. Fits on her perfectly and doesn't fall off and the bright punk will let someone know she has it on

Our dog got out by our gate and this dog tag saved us with the QR scan it gave info and the person who found her called usQuality is Great .. Color is really brightWell worth the money ! Size is also perfect

The product is defective and doesn't work on Android phones. The software to customize the pet and owner details. There are errors and freezes all along the way. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! It took 3 contacts to finally fo a chat. No solutions, admitted they no the product has problems. No solution offered. DONT BUT!

I love this and am telling everyone about it.I was sold on it being SILENT (silicone), lightweight, ability to customize Bubbles’ information & of course there’s the fast delivery.Bubbles was recently adopted & welcomed to our home. There’s been discrepancies with the microchip company that was installed before we adopted her (still showing previous owners). Concerned, Mama yup. Fixable, yup, thanks to MyLuckyTag!Fast forward & now Bubbles will be staying with her Mimi in a completely different town for 12 days. I needed a fast & temporary solution showing that her parents are on vaca. Enter My Lucky Tag!! Genius!This was easy to set up. Color (pink) is bright enough to see. The code is visible-I faced it on the front of her.I am able to edit the contents, list 2 phone numbers, add a whole paragraphed write up on Bubbles & load 3 pictures. I also got emails showing her tag was scanned as I was “testing” it.My husband’s comment:I hope it doesn’t ever get scanned.(But IF it does, I have NO DOUBT it shows she loved & has a furever home that she needs to be returned to)Thank you My LuckyTag!

This tag is great! It doesn't make any sound on the dog's collar, which is such a relief. The metal tags have woken my family and I many times in the past. It's also very durable and the color doesn't fade over time. The little pink paw print looks adorable on my black pitbull and my chocolate lab. The scan thing is so cool! You can put a picture of your dog along with a description of their personality, and of course, your contact info. It's big enough that it's easy to get your phone lines up for the scan. Definitely recommend.

I'm really pleased with this so far! I wanted a tag for my foster dog, so it needed to be something where I can change and update the information.Super easy to set up. You can add up to three photos. There are fields for name (18 characters), primary info (100 characters), address, about me (775 characters) and two contact names and two phone numbers. The address links straight to Google Maps and the phone numbers open up your dialer. I was also happy to see that the website I put in the "About Me" section turned into a working hyperlink.The scan notifications came through immediately. When scanning from my mobile phone, the GPS coordinates were spot on and there is a link to open the scan location in Google Maps. If someone accesses your dog's page from a computer it gives the IP address, but the IP geolocation is way off (I'm not at all surprised or bothered by this. IP geolocation is usually not even close, like if you've ever gotten a Google or Facebook login notification and it has your location as the wrong city or state.) Realistically someone would scan it from their phone and that location is extremely accurate.My only (very minor) complaint is that the page is a little clunky. It broke some of the words in the "About Me" section into separate lines, so I had to go back and choose where to have line breaks.I also chose this because there is no subscription fee and the only cost is the one-time purchase of the tag. Overall very impressed and highly recommend!

The tag looked and felt amazing, we had similar tags for dogs in the past, just none with the QR code. Figured this would survive, since one of our past dogs was able to destroy just about any "indestructible" toy in just a few days. However, this one didn't make it through the first night we our new dog, who doesn't even seem to be much of a chewer. I'm guessing she was scratching and ripped it apart, the ring was still attached to her collar and the other part was just laying in her crate. I would love to give it more stars, since it did arrive exactly as advertised and seemed amazing.
