We haven't had a baby for 50 years and never used bottles, anyway. I bought this brush to clean the hard to reach very bottom of vases and other items around the house. We also use it to rinse dishes and so many other chores. The sponge and brush are just now beginning to show wear - yes even the sponge! Oh, we have never used the small insertable brush at the bottom, in fact, we removed it early on. Very high quality construction and materials. I will purchase more items by this manufacturer.

After careful consideration, I ordered the Munchkin Bottle and Nipple Brush for water bottle cleaning. I selected the blue and received blue.Pros:-Stands upright with and without the nipple brush.-Dries well-Nipple brush has stiff bristles-Nipple brush is effective for cleaning bottle cap threadsCons:-Less effective in cleaning the inside of the bottle than I'd hoped. I'd expected for the main brush head to be of a softer, denser sponge material, when it's more of a plastic mesh material that does not hold soap well and does not wipe evenly.-I’ll have to supplement the main brush head to clean to the inside of my water bottle.-I wish the bristles on the top of the nipple brush were a little longer.

I have been using this brush for a long time, this is a repeat purchase. The sponge helps clean the bottles without scratching it and the bristles are soft but effective in cleaning the bottles before sterilization. the nipple cleaner at the bottom is a very nice addition, helps me clean up the nipples thoroughly and rid of any milk powder stuck there.

It is a very good to have to clean every inch of a baby bottle that you may have to scrub. If in case the milk get crusty and stick to your bottle, this munchkin will make it dissappear in 2 or 3 scrubs. Very useful.

It is really helpful and bristles of brush are quite good as they don't get messed up after few washes and top sponge is also durable. Happy to have this!

Love it! Cleans bottles from top to bottom. The one I had previous, I always had to get something else to scrub residue off the bottom. This one with the sponge at the tip, cleans it perfectly!

I like these bottle brushes because they have a long neck and great nipple cleaner! Have bought several for myself and gifts. One brush lost a few bristles but otherwise this is a great product. Will buy more.

We had been using the Avent bottle brush that came with our "starter gift set" but I was having a hard time cleaning all the bottle parts, not to mention all the many pump parts.I had heard great things about this brush, so for the price, decided to give it a whirl. I wish we had this one from the beginning - it was like night and day! The sponge head gets to so many more places than the bristle head. And the extra nipple brush is genius! This definitely cleaned bottle nipples and pump parts much better that the Avent brush as well.This is really a no-brainer product; I fully intend on getting a new one (it got well used last time around) for baby #2 due early next year!

I like this bottle brush because it fits well into the small Medela breastpump bottles which other larger brushes don't fit. It also cleans very effectively (no milk residue left behind). The fact that it stands upright also give me peace of mind that its air drying well and not picking up germs laying on the counter. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because after using the brush several times a day for 3 months straight, the sponge started becoming worn and loose. Also, I started to see slight signs of rust on the metal tip near the sponge. I ended up buying another one of the same brushes because I think its reasonably priced, functions well, and its understandable that anything with a sponge would need to be replaced after time. Once I received the new package I noticed on the back of the packaging that the manufacturer recommends replacing it every 30-45 days. I got at least 90 days of daily use out of mine, so I'd say that's pretty good.

For reals! I've did about an hour of research for bottle brushes. I checked out Walmart reviews and target reviews and decided to go with this product due to the reviews and picked amazon cause of the price.Don't listen to other reviewers saying the sponge end is s***ty. It's completely durable. I'm very OCD so all my baby's bottles need to be ultra-clean. I am very very picky about the brush because I want an acceptable quality item, price is not an issue. I hate it when I buy a cheap item and its cheaply made and then I regret not spending the extra 2 dollars for another brush.Anyway, I've used the same brush for 4 weeks now, I wash 6 bottles a day with the utmost diligence. The brush takes a beating and the sponge on the end is still like knew.Buy this brush!!!

This is my favorite of all the bottle brushes I've tried [and I've tried quite a few]. I love the little brush in the end [I will say, it helps keep it clean if you take the little brush out and let it dry at the end of the day. I find it gets a bit wet inside]. I love the sponge on the end -- I think the sponge is most useful [the one I first tried had no sponge at all and I found it difficult to reach the bottom of the bottles]. I replace it every month or so and it never seems to be dirty or falling apart.

These brushes aren't meant to be used for more than a month or so. For 3.29, I can afford to buy a new one every month no problem. We have Dr. Brown's wide neck bottles so the brush fits perfectly in them. This could be why our sponge hasn't fallen apart. I haven't had any of the problems you all have described. (I do not use the nipple brush though, so I can't speak for that). If you are looking for a bottle brush that stands on it's own and plan on replacing it regularly I don't see any negatives about this bottle brush (especially if you have wide neck bottles).

I love this bottle brush. I prefer the sponge tip it gives you the squeaky clean sound while your cleaning and cleans perfectly! I use it on all of my baby utensils as well. Reaches every nook & cranny. The tiny brush inside the bottom part is good as well. I just wish it had a suction cup at the bottom so I did have to hang it. On the other hand, it dries better if you just hang it on a hook. Less clutter at the sink, and out of the way. Great product!
