Item was not opened, upon opening we tried to charge it with the charger cable provided. The screen never lit up at all, does not come on at all, definitely arrived defective!!

Cheap plastic case which wants to fall apart when unplugging items. Shuffle all songs results in a few songs playing, then it just shuts off.

Menu does not work. It just loops back to the same point and could not get out of the demo song. If I turned it off and back on it went back to the song. The manual (ha ha) is useless. I come from the day when manual writing demanded substance. I wish there was a lower rating. I bought in good faith but Amazon should really check into products before putting them up for sale. Now I have to go out of my way to return this thing. Hey, Amazon, maybe you can just send me an MP3 player that works. I have been a long time Amazon customer and very rarely have I complained but this takes the cake.

I love how it comes with its own earbuds and SD card. The value for my money is great, no complaints about it. Lovely portability. You can take it anywhere. Easy to use but maybe confusing if you haven’t had an mp3 player before. But you’ll get used to the mechanics. The quality is great, the music is wonderfully loud for me. If you have videos it’s not gonna be has great but it’s a mp3 player, not an iPhone. There’s no touchscreen but idc.

Was hesitant at first to purchase but glad that I bought this item. It is very compact and the music playback is phenomenal for the price. Battery lasts for an entire afternoon at the beach. Seems to be very durable as well.
