Love this throw: bought it for the sun room which is where I spend most of my time, but in winter months it can be very cool, so I thought this heated throw would be perfect. It is super thick and very soft, but I have never used the heat, as the thickness of the throw is all I need to keep warm, even in the dead of winter. I bought the burgundy plaid which is mostly burgundy and fits with the Christmas decor beautifully. This is probably one of the best investments I've made recently.

Well, I do like how it’s nice and warm if you put it in between your two sheets it really warms your bed up for cozy entrance. My dogs love it what I don’t like about it is it’s very small and short and the power cord and controller are extremely heavy, like a brick for such a small blanket and it’s really annoying. It was actually a gift and the receiver absolutely loves it so I would still give it a good review I just don’t like the huge control and the fact that it’s so small in length and width so I guess maybe me personally just would need a bigger one because I’m 5 foot seven and it’s too small for me to cover my whole body

He teñido infinidad de cobertores eléctricos, estaba muy decepcionada porque ya había probado varios pero ya no los hacían como antes. Peeero…este superó todas mis expectativas!!!! Es increíblemente calientito, además de que es tan suavecito que sientes que duermes en las nubes. Es elegante, el color gris es divino y de paso llegó antes de tiempo!!! Un 10 de 10!!!! This is a perfect heated blanket. It is very soft, and can be used on either side. I love that the wires are sewn into place. I've had heated throw blankets that the wires would eventually bunch up inside and then get super hot in some places and cold in others. Not with this; it stays very uniform. I love the pre-heat option for cold nights. I'll set it and then go shower and then it is ready. My favorite part about this is that it is split down the middle. My boyfriend is always too hot and I get cold easily. I can keep my half of the bed toasty without making him sweat, while still sharing a blanket.Level 1 setting is pretty warm by itself, so if you are someone who has circulation issues/difficulty keeping warm, I would highly recommend this.

Okay, so after reading reviews on many heated blankets I found this one. The reviews were somewhat mixed but I took a chance and ordered one. I am very happy I did! I am on a targeted chemo that causes really severe bone pain and swelling, especially in my legs,feet,hips, and ankles. When this happens I get so cold that it feels like I'm in an ice bath! My skin is cold to the touch and my bones ache so bad I can't even walk, stand, or even sit up at times. The only thing I had to help was a very small older heating pad which was only big enough to cover my feet or knees. So I decided to finally get a heated blanket after 8 years of struggling with all that. Take it from me this blanket is well worth the price! It has 3 heat settings like any heating pad and it heats evenly as well. It's very light weight, very soft, and just right to use in a recliner, chaise, or on the couch. I also layer it under another Sherpa blanket because it is so light weight. I've only had this blanket and a couple months and have used it almost everyday. At this point I'm not sure how I got by without one! I haven't washed it yet but I do shake it out after use due to the cat hair. The cord Is about 10 foot long or so just in case anyone was wondering. I also have 6 cats that absolutely love this blanket too! If I get up I have to scoot the kitties over to get back under my blanket! LOL! If you own a pet they will be firm competition for this soft, fluffy, warm blanket!If you know any cancer patients please keep this blanket in mind as a gift or an option for them to buy! The price is VERY reasonable for this quality of heated blanket! It's the perfect size to snuggle under on the couch or snooze with on the bed. Not to mention it would come in handy during any treatments as well! Those heated chairs only get so warm and only for about 30 minutes to an hour. Sitting there for 2-4 hours can be very frustrating, cold, lonely, and painful....this blanket might just give a little comfort to someone on a rough/hard day.

I got this for my wife a few months ago but have held off reviewing until now because this is the kind of product that needs time before you see any flaws emerging. Up until now I've bought Sunbeam electric blankets from Walmart and we seem to go through one a year - eventually they all simply stop working or become so frayed that I don't feel safe with her using them.So far I'm impressed with this. This blanket is probably one of the softest I've felt. It has a preheat function and heat settings from 1-20. I've found about 14 to be the sweet spot - anything above that is way too hot. I've run it through the wash probably a half dozen times with no damage or loss of function.This was roughly double what I've paid for past blankets, but if it continues to hold up like this I'll have no complaints. I've recommended it to all my friends and family!UPDATE 11/29/2020. Seems I spoke too soon in my earlier review. Just shy of having this blanket for a year it's now fraying and pilling all over the place. I've followed all directions, washing on light and drying on low heat and it's now starting to drop pieces of fuzz everywhere. At this point it's unusable because of the mess it's generating on my sheets and carpet. Bitterly disappointed when I paid almost $90 for it at the time. As of writing this it's now down to $55 to further rub salt in my wounds. Feels like I got ripped off completely. Avoid this one!
