Got this to mix w/ synthetic motor oil for a much cheaper gun lube. It's a big pain to mix up and put into a squirt bottle but it makes a nice lube. Once mixed how SOTAR does it, it seems very similar in consistency to the off-white surplus LSA the military used to use which is what I've used on my ARs for years. This will be way cheaper.I'd suggest mixing a lot at once so you don't have to do it often. Amazon sells all kinds of small squirt bottles you can use to dispense it once mixed. I suggest something with a finer tip than SOTAR uses though so you can dispense less and into smaller areas. I think he goes a tad overboard with it.

Headline says it all! This is the best grease ever for heavy equipment and hard hitting off-road vehicles. When it breaks or fails, it's not because you went cheap on the grease.

For those having trouble mixing it with motor oil as per SOTAR method - use a fork for mixing. Takes less than a minute this way.

I used this product to pack my new front wheel bearings on the 1998 Ford Ranger. With proper adherence to the install specifications, you should have no issues. I've been happy and still have enough to do the same task 3-4 more times. So far I've driven 6K miles and all is good.
