I initially had a problem where none of the apps were loading including the pre-installed netflix. I deleted and reinstalled the apps over and over again and even reset the projector back to default settings. When the seller saw my less than stellar review, they did not just ignore it or shrug it off as unfortunate user error. Molly reached out to not only offer me a full refund but also to give guidance on how to properly install and update working applications. It's like I have a whole new projector! Even the sound is better now! Thank you so much for your help, Molly! The product is working great and I appreciate the positive experience

I gave this two stars because it’s difficult to use. Almost everytime you turn it on, you’ll have to restart it because it will kick you out of the apps. It also has connectivity issues. I have stellar WiFi and it will disconnect from the WiFi at least once while watching a movie, prompting a restart. Overall picture and sound are very good but the tech issues put a damper on the tv viewing experience. It also got shadowy not long after I got it. I tried cleaning it several times but I think one of the bulbs went out. If you’re looking for a deal, go for it but I wish I had shelled out more money and got a nicer one.

Promised ability to stream Netflix. Once turned Netflix is NOT available on it and will not load. Company helped me resolve issue with Netflix. Projector required installation of Netflix remote and it works beautifully. We love this projector.

Wish I would’ve returned this projector when I could. I kept hoping I’m missing something in the connectivity and it would get better. The more I try to use it, the more I’m frustrated with it. Very cumbersome to connect via airplay (iOS). Has to be on the same WiFi as the phone/ipad but keeps losing the WiFi connection. Most of the streaming services won’t airplay so now have to sign in on the app and even that is hit and miss. I finally unplugged it today for the last time. I’ll probably toss it in the trash. Shockingly this mini projector has exceeded my expectations for it to be such a compact device! Despite its small size, it does deliver in brightness and clear images. So far I have been using it for movie nights from my phone and the picture quality is sharp and the colors look quite good. I have also used this at a friend of mines house so portability makes it easy to take anywhere and turn any space into a home theater. Setup was hassle free but my only qualm is the instructions are written really small. Outside of that just follow them to the T and you will be fine. Overall, this mini projector packs a serious punch for its size and price, making it a perfect choice if your seeking convenience without sacrificing quality and space.

I’ve always wanted a portable projector for backyard movie nights, and this one is perfect! It’s small, easy to carry, and can project anything from a clear, small image to a big one. It even covered our whole garage door with no problem. The speakers sound good for its size, too.It connects to WiFi for streaming, but the built-in system is pretty basic. Luckily, it has an HDMI port, so we can plug in our own devices for a better experience.The picture quality is great, and the adjustments for shape and direction make it easy to get the best image no matter where you set it up.Overall, it’s a great projector with room for a few small improvements.

Update:Finally got the apps to download and every single movie app fails to play the movies. It plays ads before the movies but when the movie is suppose to start, it closes and goes back to the home screen of the app. They only video viewing I can do is YouTube. Definitely returning this thing.Original post:Astounded at the 5 star reviews. Google play store won’t download any of the movie apps. Just says download pending no matter how many times I’ve restarted it. Mirror sharing with my apple device stops working when you try to watch a video. Works fine when scrolling around on phone and screen sharing but as soon as I start a video it stops working. Software is so slow and laggy. Video I guess is fine, if you can get something to play. It’s torture trying to set up accounts. Regret this purchase a million percent! I was so excited to get it and now I’m beyond angry trying to make it work. Thief of happiness
