Wife was looking for a dehumidifier that wasn’t going to be ridiculous in price for what we need. Gave this a one a try and it does really well. It’s quiet, what you hear is a very light fan noise if you’re in a completely quiet room. It does push out warm air. Size of the tank is nice but also has a tube that is connected to also push out water so you don’t have to worry about it getting full. The size big, almost a door frame long but it’s nice and easy to use. Controls the humidity really well and we are satisfied. The only thing I’d say is when moving it don’t tip it over or let a toddler push it over, otherwise have a lot of towels ready.

Machine worked well till it froze up. Machine does not have an advertised defrost mode nor does it have capabilities. Was able to return for full refund.

I received what looked to be a brand new unit. So far it is working as it should and is keeping the humidity in my basement in a consistent range- although it is 5-8 percent higher than the unit's setting so it just needs to be adjuster slightly lower. I purchased the 3 year protection plan just in case but overall I feel this was worth it. I normally don't purchase renewed products but this experience has been positive so far. Pretty much every dehumidifier I've had only lasted 2-3 years anyway, they stopped making them to last a long time ago, so the benefit of buying new is low anyway

This one works very very efficiently compared to the three others I’ve had previously. Wish the bucket had a larger capacity. Most dehumidifiers seem to gradually lose their Freon in about a year resulting in a corresponding drop in efficiency along the way. Hope the refrigerant loop is leak-proof like our older model freezers/refrigerators. Ask me again in about a year. If it holds up I’ll surely buy one more unit as a back up.
